If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for will replace us in a matter of days.But the family left behind will feel the lost for the rest of their lives.And come to think of it,We pour ourselves more into work than to ur family.

So what is the moral of the story??? Don't work so hard!! It's nice to be important but it's more important to care for your family.Many of us today have been raised in families where the father neglected his responsibilities to his wife and children.The few husbands and fathers who are good examples of value-based living in their families are extremely important role models for those who need to see how it is done more than to be told how to do it. We sometimes make the mistake of thinking our work is more important that we are justified in ignoring our families.
Remember,Kindness begins at home.
very nice post indeed & that too on a thought provoking topic coz these days work is taking a toll on the family life of working men&women. i think MNCs as a whole should also encourage its employees bonding wid their families-this might reduce the productivity bt will surely result in lesser cases of depression,divorces&suicides!!
